They never have the right size mice for reptiles. Waited 15 minutes+ in line to pay for a mouse that was too small but needed anyways. Only one person in front of me. No clue what’s going on here. Edit: I just left with no mouse. The girl at the register just couldn’t move the line
The product I was looking for was in stock so I purchased it, along with treats ~ which were on sale for my cats.
I didn't purchase any fish because I had a lot of errands to run but I am Always Impressed with the cleanliness of the aquariums and the store.
I've also been Very Impressed with the level of knowledge & care the Aquatics Dept Employees have & show.
I was greeted & asked multiple times if I needed any assistance. Very Friendly Staff and the Cashier was an Absolute Sweetheart! Great Experience
Nowhere on their google page or website says they don’t open until 12pm due to staffing issues. I see a cashier just standing inside at 10am at the registers. No curtesy to come out when she sees people waiting to let us know. Manager wont open until 12pm when she has a cashier. They put this sign up with the smallest font possible underneath their 10am open sign. This place has a bunch of signs up on every entrance so use bigger font or remove the unnecessary fliers. Six people were waiting at the door. Update your google hours at the bare minimum or pay your workers better.
I would put 0 if possible. They store is dirty and the employees are so rude. My daughter touched a dirty napkin that was on a shelf in the store when my husband asked to use the bathroom to wash her hands they gave him the run around then the manger got mad at him for getting upset about them telling him different things to use the bathroom and because my daughter has a disability and she was trying to put her hands in her mouth the manger then told my husband to shut up and threatened to clock out and smack him and then employees called the police and lied and said my husband was making threats to employees.
The store has a lot of parking on top of the location. Just passed the entrance there is a turn to the parking lot. There are stairs and an elevator to take one level down to the store. Much more reliable parking than a long the street.
This is our second time going to the groomers and they did a fantastic job! He has lots of anxiety and I thank them for being patient with him.
So far my daughter love dropping in on Petco she love the coupon too we save much needed in this day of age years.
Dog Training with Lauren is the best! Our dog loves her and we have all learned so much.
